Cabinet Clears ₹10,000 Crore Container Manufacturing Scheme to Cut Import Dependence
The Union Cabinet has approved a ₹10,000 crore container manufacturing scheme through FY 2039–40. The government expects it to expand domestic capacity and strengthen maritime and logistics supply chains.
