Gaza, November 2, 2026: Israeli strikes killed at least three people and wounded six others in Gaza on Monday, according to local health officials cited by Reuters.

Two people were reported killed and six injured in strikes in Khan Younis, while another person died in an attack in the Al-Mussadar area. Israel’s military said it had carried out two strikes targeting Palestinian militants but did not provide further details in the report.

Ceasefire remains under strain

The strikes underline the fragility of the year-old ceasefire. Israel has accused Hamas of rearming and violating the truce, while Hamas has accused Israel of undermining it. Negotiations over disarmament, an Israeli troop withdrawal and reconstruction have remained difficult.

Humanitarian situation

Gaza continues to face extensive destruction and a severe humanitarian crisis. Civilian casualty figures in conflict zones can be difficult to independently verify and may be updated as hospitals and authorities receive new information.
